Dropshipping is a method of retail where the store never physically holds the products it sells. Instead, when the retailer sells one of the products it stocks on its website, they buy the item from DROPPH who then ships the item directly to their end customer.

YES. Dropshipping subscription fee is P1000 per month. Discounted prices are available HERE if you avail more than one month. 

Product prices mentioned on the website are fixed. 

YES. The seller must have an online presence to do Dropshipping. Be it social media pages or online stores. 

YES. Resellers  / Dropshippers must add their prices to the products mentioned on our website to be displayed on your respective online platforms be it in Lazada, Shopee, FB Pages, Marketplaces, Own online eCommerce stores (Shopify, Woocommerce, Wix, Bigcommerce, Etc.) and others.

If the product is received faulty or defective by the end user, we will replace the item without questions asked. Just send it back to our warehouse at 14 Alexander St. Christine Village Brgy. Dela Paz Pasig City 1600 Contact #: 0956 598 7399 c/o Carlo Turqueza.

Return to sender (RTS) shipping cost will be backed charged to you as our customer. Item/s will be returned to our warehouse and will be dispatched for your next sale.

We pick, we sort, we pack, we ship, we transfer your money to you. Thus, handling, fulfillment and other fees is added to the normal shipping rates to cover this cost.

Product dimensions and weights are factors for shipping an item thus it will depend if the products will fit in a single standard pouch or package. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

Delivery of customer’s products are validated through our courier dashboard for clearance remittance.

Your money will be transferred to you via the payment method you preferred (Bank or Gcash account).

Payments are made weekly and a statement of account (SOA) is sent via email you used to purchase your Dropshipping subscription.

Affix your signature and  send the SOA back to us enable for us to send your profit.

We maintain a minimum stock threshold of 50 items per product. You will be notified via your registered email if the stock is below the  minimum stock threshold of 50 items per product.

We have two products sources. Suppliers and Vendors.

Suppliers: Products that does not have stock inventory mentioned on our product’s page is of DROPPH suppliers where the stocks are automatically monitored in-house and maintained to not go below the minimum stock threshold value of 50 items per product. While in some rare occasions where the products reached its selling life and to be discontinued, Resellers / Dropshippers are notified via their email addresses for possible out of stock or discontinued product life.

Vendors: DROPPH offers a facility to sell your own products via our “Sell On Drop” feature. Products with stock inventory mentioned on their products pages are of DROPPH vendors where they manually managed their stock quantity and are outside DROPPH control. Thus, monitoring of inventory must be made from time-to-time by the Resellers / Dropshippers.

Resellers / Dropshippers can dropship any products from both of our products sources by availing DROPPH Dropshipping service.

Depending on your location, DROPPH utilizes the safest and fastest local couriers to deliver your good nationwide. A list of couriers can be found in our “Different Delivery Options” page.

The estimated shipping time differs depending on your location. 

Within Metro Manila: 1-3 days

Provincial Area: 5-10 days.

Island, Remote and hard-to-reach areas with restriction: No Delivery

Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include the processing period to within 1-2 working days. If order is placed on a Sunday or Public holiday, expect the order will be processed on the next working day.
